Coach Bass is starting her 3rd year of teaching 7th grade science at Curtis Middle School. She
has lived in Allen for 25 years and graduated from Allen High School in 2000. She received her
B.S. degree in Neuroscience from The University of Texas at Dallas in 2006. In addition to
volleyball, she enjoys traveling (especially road trips), watching old movies, spending time
with her family (4 siblings and 11 nieces and nephews that all live in Allen), and going for
long walks.

Coach Volpe is beginning her first year coaching volleyball at Curtis Middle School. She graduated
from the University of North Texas in 2010 with a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies. Currently,
she teaches 7th grade reading at Curtis Middle School. Coach Volpe loves cooking,
playing with her dog, Ellie, and hanging out with family and friends!.

Coach Hamrick is entering her 7th year at Ereckson as the 8th grade Volleyball Coach and
Girls' Athletic Coordinator. She graduated from Lubbock Christian University in Lubbock,
Texas where she played volleyball for 4 years. Coach Hamrick came to Allen from Howe, Texas
where she was the varsity volleyball coach for 4 years. She currently teaches PE and coaches
volleyball and track at Ereckson Middle School. Coach Hamrick enjoys hanging out with her
friends and family (especially her nieces and nephews), reading, doing yoga, and watching
movies and sports.

Coach Slattery begins her 3rd year as the 7th Grade Volleyball Coach at Ereckson. She graduated from Texas Tech University in 2007, with a B.S. in Multidisciplinary Studies, Magna Cum Laude. She is also a graduate from Allen High School, Class of 2002. Currently, she teaches Pre-Algebra at Ereckson Middle School and also coaches JV Girls Soccer. Coach Slattery loves her Chocolate Lab, Molly, watching Tony Romo lead the Cowboys, and eating pizza. |

Coach Cutler is starting her 28th year at Ford! She currently teaches PE and is the Athletic
Coordinator. Coach Cutler graduated from East Texas State (Texas A&M Commerce). She holds a
black belt in Taekwondo and loves to work in her yard!

Coach Wilbanks, aka 'Willy', is beginning her 12th year at Ford Middle School. This will
be her 11th year coaching volleyball. Leslie graduated from Southwest Texas State University
in San Marcos where she received a BS in Biology. Willy currently teaches 7th grade Math at
Ford. Coach Wilbanks is also a high school volleyball official on the side and works at the
Allen Natatorium. Some of Willy's hobbies include: Sudoku, playing logic games, going to the
movies, and hanging out with her good buddies. She looks forward to working with your child
this year.
