Coach G is entering her 20th year of coaching at Allen High School, and she currently teaches Math Models
at the High School. Coach G is originally from Arvada Colorado where she played volleyball, basketball,
and soccer for her school team. She went on to play volleyball for Texas Tech University where she
was named to the Academic All-American team for two years. After graduating with a B.S. in Education
Minor in mathematics and communications, she moved back to Colorado to teach, coach and run a Dairy Queen.
Missing the warmer weather, Coach G moved back to Texas in 1990 and has been here ever since. The voice
of Allen, JP Gregoriew, has been married to coach G for 17 years, and they have an amazing daughter Kylie.
Coach G enjoys spending time with Kylie and encouraging her to follow her dreams, watching movies, working
out, and hanging with the family Chihuahuas.

Coaching Philosophy
To provide student athletes with the opportunity to be successful. To teach
them how to be productive as team members
and learn how to be competitive. As a coaching staff our goal is to do what is best for kids. We believe that
all
athletes improve their athletic skills as well as their life skills. We have high expectations and set high standards
for the volleyball program at Allen High School. The love for the sport and the dedication displayed
by the coaches and
athletes contributes to the success the Allen Eagle Volleyball Program has established.

Coach Jones is entering her first year as the Varsity Assistant for the Allen Eagles. She will
be teaching Senior English 4 at Allen High School. Coach Jones is from Allen, TX, where she
played varsity volleyball for 4 years. She played collegiate volleyball and lettered all four
years at Stephen F. Austin State University. She graduated with a degree in health science and
a minor in nutrition.
Before moving to Allen, Coach Jones coached at the collegiate level for 3 years. The first two
years at Lamar University and the third at the University of Tulsa. Coach Jones enjoys spending
time with family and friends, along with outdoor activities and volleyball.

Coach Nickal is entering her third year of coaching for the Allen Eagles. She currently teaches
Health at Lowery and will be assisting the volleyball and softball teams. Coach Nickal is from Rifle,
CO, where she played volleyball, basketball, softball and soccer. She went on to play basketball
and softball at Mesa State College for 2 years before transferring to San Diego State, where she
continued to play basketball for the Aztecs. After graduating with a B.S. in Kinesiology, she returned
to Rifle, CO where she was an assistant basketball and soccer coach. While coaching in Rifle she met
the love of her life, Jason, and 18 years later they have 4 amazing kids, Bo, Jordan, Lexi, and Shelby.
After Rifle, Coach Nickal spent 3 years as the girls Varsity basketball coach in Torrington, WY where
she lead the Lady Trailblazers to the State Tournament all three years. The Nickal family usually spends
much of their time in a gym watching Bo and the rest of the Allen Eagles dominate on the wrestling mat
or watching Jordan play volleyball and basketball. You can also find the Nickal family at the fields
watching Bo play football or the girls Jordan, Lexi and Shelby playing softball, soccer and lacrosse.
When the Nickal’s have time to get away they enjoy time at Lake Powell with friends and family, watching
Man vs. Food, and spending time with their amazing new friends here in Allen.

Coach Paxton graduated from Abilene Christian University, where she received a softball scholarship. She played
softball for 4 years and then her 5th year she was the graduate assistant. Coach Paxton spent her first three
years teaching and coaching at Forney High School. She taught Health, coached Freshman Volleyball and was the
Varsity Assistant Softball Coach. During her last year at Forney, she started the soccer program. Coach Paxton
currently is in her 9th year at Allen.
She is the Girls Coordinator at Lowery and teaches PE.
She is coaching
the Freshman Volleyball A Team and is the Varsity Assistant Soccer Coach.

Coach Williamson is in her third year of coaching for the Allen Eagles. She is from Valley View, Texas. She then
went on to graduate from Texas Tech University
with a dual degree in English and Public Relations. At Tech, she
was a supervisor for the Intramural program and a Student Assistant for the Texas Tech University football and
basketball team. After attending Tech, Williamson was the Assistant Softball coach and
JV Volleyball coach at
Estacado High School in Lubbock, Tx. She currently teaches English II at Allen High School. Coach Williamson
enjoys hanging out with friends, reading, watching movies, playing with her dog, playing any sport, and she is
a sushi enthusiast.
